In order to celebrate its arrival in the virtual life, Voyages-sncf.com is having a huge Second Life party , the « TGV East European Launch Party » in the Acropolis Stadium (City of Acropolis – Acropolis stadium) on June the 28th at 09 :00 in the evening (Paris time).
In this temporary virtual spot dedicated to its launch, Second Lifers will discover on wide screens the first videos taken from the cabin of the high speed train between Paris and the European east side. Second Lifers will enjoy dancing on a musical set of French House DJs « François et Michel DEMAISON », inspired by the videos of the landscape from the cabin.
On June the 28th, Second Lifers will party, dance and attend to the premiere of the movie and DJ set. Many surprises and « freebies » will be waiting for them this night. Then, from July 1st to the end of July the same “TGV East European” area will stand in this paradisiacal spot of Harmonia.
DDB and its event subsidiary Carré Bleu Marine, the first French event agency to settle on a Second Life island, developed the idea and took care of the organization of this event.
